We provide a team of 28 people who work in shifts of four to provide 24 hour coverage of the control station for all of the on-site camping stewards at the festival. Our volunteers are generally on site from the weekend before the festival starts until the majority of festival goers have vacated the site on the following Monday. Each volunteer is required to work a minimum of four six hour shifts, for which our charity gets paid.

Team members get access to a friendly, secure, volunteer camp site complete with luxuries such as showers and power. When not on shift, all of our volunteers are free to explore the many and varied aspects of the complete festival, not just the bands. Shifts are allocated such that all volunteers get plenty of time to see some of the most incredible performers in the world.

Our team of volunteers is selected from active committee members and our wider group of helpers who support our other fundraising activities through the year.
